US/Canada Release Date: June 16, 2009
Europe and ROW Release Date: July 2009
Album features floor-burning remixes by some of the world's top DJs and offers a fresh take on Novalima's pioneering blend of Afro-Peruvian roots and modern club grooves.
"Afro-Peruvian tradition collides with modern production techniques to create an infectious hybrid." —Jason Bentley, Morning Becomes Eclectic, KCRW
"Like Gotan Project at their best, this Afro-Peruvian outfit takes the rhythmic and melodic forms of its traditional music and make something wholly vital and contemporary out them. Muscular, idiosyncratic grooves." —The Independent (UK)
"If this is truly the future of Afro-Latin music, then all is well." —About.com
